Svjetski dan jabuka 20.10.

U znaku promicanja zdravije prehrane 20. listopada obilježava se svjetski dan jabuka. Jabuke su voće koje, se uz banane, najčešće pronalaze na našim stolovima i možemo ih iskoristiti na razne načine. 🙂 Od davnina se govorilo kako jedna jabuka na dan znači zdravlje! Zato jabuku u torbicu i krenite zdravo!

Crvene, zelene, slatke, kiselkaste jabuke – sve se mogu jesti same, ali i koristiti na različite načine. Dobre su u kompotu, u kolačima, raznim pitama, u voćnim salatama i sladolednim kupovima. Osim za jelo jabuke se mogu koristiti i kao prirodna kozmetika. Maska od jabuke

Jabuke sadrže pektin, tvar koja tkivo kože čini čvrstim i tanin koji čisti kožu i štiti je od upala. Kada masku od jabuka nanesete na lice te će tvari intenzivno djelovati tako da će brzo regenerirati kožu. Vrlo osvježavajući učinak postići ćete trljanjem kružnim pokretima dvjema polovicama jabuke po licu i dekolteu. Zavoji namočeni jabučnim octom odlično su rješenje za bolju prokrvljenost, tako da koža postaje svježa i poprima ružičastu boju. Također je odlična i svakodnevna njega jabučnim sokom, najbolje je upotrebljavati svježe pripremljen sok kao i vodicu za lice na bazi jabuke, ti će pripravci vašoj koži dati živost tako da će vaša koža biti svježa i glatka.
Savjet: pomiješajte sok od jabuke i žličicu svoje noćne kreme kako bi djelovanje soka bilo učinkovitije.

Možete i naribati jabuku  te je pomiješati sa sirovim jajetom. Nanesite na lice, te nakon 10 minuta isperite toplom vodom.

Vodica za lice od jabuke
Narežite jabuku, zakuhajte je s pola šalice vode te ohladite. Smjesu pomiješajte sa šalicom hamamelisa.

Za masnu kožu

Operite jednu kiselu jabuku srednje veličine. Stavite u pećnicu da se ispeče. Uklonite koru, izgnječite vilicom i napravite kašu. U to stavite malu žličicu  meda, pola kivija. Dobro izmiješajte. Dok je još topla, smjesu nanesite na lice, vrat i dekolte. Stavite preko plastičnu foliju i lezite oko pola sata. Isperite mlakom vodom, a potom hladnom da bi se pore skupile.

Za suhu kožu

Pripremite kašu na isti način kao i za prethodnu masku, samo što je za suhu kožu potrebna slatka jabuka. Dodajte pola žličice meda, žličicu vrhnja i pola žličice maslinova ulja ili vitaminskih kapi AD. Dok je još topla, masku nanesite na lice, vrat i dekolte, također preko stavite prozirnu foliju. Lezite i držite tako oko pola sata. Isperite mlakom vodom. Nakon toga možete staviti neku hranljivu kremu koju inače koristite: koža će biti svježa i njegovana.

Za kožu s aknama

Ispeći jednu kiselu jabuku i pomiješati je sa prethodno ispečenom i izgnječenom manjom glavicom luka. U to dodati žličicu meda i malo sode bikarbone. Najprije na lice staviti vlažnu gazu (da maska ne padne sa lica), staviti toplu masku, prekriti je prozirnom folijom. Na kraju staviti zagrijani ručnik da bi maska ostala topla što duže. Najbolji efekti za ovu masku postižu se ako je ostavite da djeluje sat do dva. Uklonite je ručnikom. Maska je izuzetno djelotvorna za smirenje akni ili raznih upala na koži. Možete je stavljati svaku večer, dok se upala ne povuče.

I SLATKO ZA KRAJ

Zašto ne isprobati kombinaciju jabuke i krumpira u slatkom omletu?!

Sastojci:

500 g krumpira

500 g jabuka

100 g šećera

3 jaja

0.5 l mlijeka

50 g brašna

50 g šećera u prahu

tople vode po potrebi, malo soli

 

Priprema:

Očistiti, skuhati i zgnječiti krumpir. Dodati očišćene i naribane jabuke, jaja, šećer, brašno, malo soli, mlijeko, malo tople vode te miješajte dok se ne dobije smjesa kao za palačinke. Omleti se peku na mješavini ulja i masti, iako možete samo na ulju. Od smjese se dobije 10 omleta, a kad su gotovi posipajte ih šećerom u prahu.

 

Uživajte u jabukama jer ovo je njihov dan!
