Srdela: od jučer za sutra

U ponedjeljak 2. svibnja 2016. u Srednjoj školi Mate Blažina održan je zanimljivi projekt pod nazivom: Srdela: od jučer za sutra. Voditeljice projekta profesorice Olivera Tadić i Dijana Muškardin u suradnji s profesorima Dorijanom Mohorovićem i Neviom Gašpariniem povezali su povijest, tehnologiju zanimanja, kuharstvo i ugostiteljsko posluživanje. U projektu su sudjelovali učenici 3. razreda gimnazije te 3. razreda kuhara i konobara.

Prije nego je ostvaren krajnji cilj projekta, odnosno kuhanje srdela na različite načine učenici su morali i istražiti kakva je bila povijest ribarstava na području Labinštine te kakve su sve nutricionističke vrijednosti srdela. Kako bi to istražili održana je terenska nastava u kojoj su posjetili Arbacommerce, pogon za preradu ribe u Labinu. Na terenskom radu bili su i na labinskoj tržnici te u Rapcu i Plomin Luci.

Svi učenici zajedno su pripremali meni i kuhali, učili jedni od drugih i pomagali si međusobno. Srdele na savor, pohane srdele i pržene srdele bili su specijaliteti koji su u ponedjeljak oduševili sve prisutne u školskom restoranu.

Želimo što više ovakvih projekata i čestitamo svim učenicima, njihovim profesorima i sponzorima na uspješno odrađenom projektu.
