Sezona lova (na gljive)

Gljivarstvo je predivan hobi; provodiš vrijeme u prirodi, hodaš, gubiš kalorije koje poslije nadoknadiš sa svježe ubranim gljivama koje ste pronašli za 0 potrošenih kuna! Zar može bolje od toga?

Ali postoji jedna zamka. Nije svaka gljiva jestiva više od jednog puta (prvi put su sve jestive, možda čak i iznimno ukusne :-)). Trovanje gljivama stručno se naziva MICETIZAM. Simptomi trovanja mogu biti samo blage trbuhobolje, no pojedine vrste su iznimno otrovne te njihovo konzumiranje vodi do smrti.
Niti najiskusniji gljivari nisu sigurni kada se radi o tom problemu jer većina jestivih vrsta ima i svoju nejestivu dvojnicu – gljivarski „alter ego“.

Kako nisu svi upoznati sa vrstama gljiva koje rastu na našem području, odlučila sam se pozabaviti tim problemom te spomenuti nekoliko najpoznatijih jestivih i otrovnih vrsta.

Za početak, pogledajmo malo gljive koje su sigurne za jelo (više od jednog puta :-)) i pritom vrlo ukusne:

• VRGANJ – ovo je jedna od najkvalitetnijih gljiva. Odlikuju je vrlo prijazan miris i okus, a cijena na tržištu joj je vrlo visoka.
• LISIČARKA/LISIČKA – mala gljiva, žute boje koju karakterizira blag okus te gotovo neznatan miris.
• BLAGVA/ĐORDANKA – gljiva koja „izlazi iz jajeta“ (bijela ovojnica). Narančaste je boje, a smatra se jednom od najkvalitetnijih gljiva. Samo ime „blagva“ je dobila još za vrijeme rimskih kraljeva jer im je, navodno, upravo ona bila najdraža gljiva.
• SUNČANICA – jedna od većih gljiva koja svojim izgledom podsjeća na „damski“ suncobran.
• TRUBAČA (crna) – mala, crna gljiva, izgledom nalik trubi. Najčešće raste u skupinama.

Iako ih ima još mnogo, ovo su najpoznatije vrste gljiva koje su raširene na ovom našem području.

 

Gljive kojih biste se trebali čuvati i ne dirati niti sa dugačkim štapom (vrlo su otrovne):

• ZELENA PUPAVKA – jedna od najotrovnijih gljiva. Kao i blagva, razvija se iz „jajeta“, ali je zelene do svijetlo zelene boje. Konzumiranje ove gljive kod djece u 100% slučajeva vodi do smrti, a kod odraslih, čak i u vrlo malim količinama, izaziva oštećenja jetre i prestanak rada bubrega.
• MUHARA – otrovna gljiva, no postoje podvrste koje su sigurne za jelo ako im se skine površinski sloj (i to samo kod mladih gljiva). Izgledom je slična blagvi no po svojem klobuku ima bijele točkice, te je mnogo „crvenija“ nego blagva.
• OTROVNA ZAVODNICA – otrovna gljiva vrlo slična lisičarki, no nakon držanja u ruci, koža postane žućkasta

 

 

Naravno, ovo nisu sve gljive koje treba izbjegavati, no ove su vrste najrasprostranjenije na našem tlu.

Iako je za gljivarstvo potrebno mnogo odgovornosti te izrazito dobro poznavanje gljiva, isplati se baviti se ovim hobijem. Ako ste početnik, preporuča se da gljive berete uz pratnju nekog iskusnijeg, no vaše neiskustvo vas nikako ne treba sputavati da bar promatrate gljive i uživate u prirodi.
