SŠMB na 1. Festivalu kvarnerskog škampa

U Rapcu se 21. svibnja 2016. godine održao 1. Festival kvarnerskog škampa na kojem su sudjelovali i predstavnici Srednje škole Mate Blažine Labin. Učenici 2 razreda kuharstva

Lea Vidić, Marijana Vakoš, Stefano Salamon i Marin Faraguna pokazali su kako su odabrali pravu profesiju za sebe.

Učenici su spremali  jelo marinirani škampi na podlozi od crne palente i rikule. Za manje od sat vremena ostali su bez i jedne barkice sa škampima i oduševili sve prisutne. Stefano Salamon rekao je kako su ideju za jelo dobili od njegovog prijatelja i vrsnog kuhara Pjera Jenkela s kojim inače surađuje i od kojega puno uči.

U razgovoru s učenicima doznali smo kako je raditi na ovakvoj manifestaciji.  Za e-novine škole rekli su kako je ovo jedno prekrasno iskustvo, kako je dobra  ekipa, puno smijeha i zabave. Smatraju da su ovakva iskustva dobra za njih jer uče nove zanimljive stvari, upoznaju nove ljude, promoviraju svoje vještine, ali i našu školu.

Učenici se zahvaljuju svima koji su im pomogli da dođu 1. Festival kvarnerskog škampa, posebno Gradu Labinu, ravnatelju Čedomiru Ružiću te svom razredniku  Neviju Gašpariniju koji se već dvije godine zalaže i pomaže im da odu gdje god ih se pozove.

Lea Vidić rekla je kako smatra da ih je David Skoko, koji je prošle godine gostovao u Srednjoj školi na njihov poziv, potaknuo na rad, na želju za znanjem te im dao posebnu motivaciju da se zauzmu za ono što žele postići.
Na pitanje zašto su odabrani njih četvero odgovor  je bio: “jer smo najbolji ” (a znanstveno je dokazano kako visoko samopoštovanje vodi do uspjeha).  🙂 .
Dobar glas daleko se čuje, a učenici su na dobrom glasu kako u školi tako i u na praktičnoj nastavi, u restoranima gdje obavljaju vanjsku praksu.
Ovo nije njihov prvi, a definitivno ni posljednji nastup u javnosti, ovo je tek njihov početak kao MasterChefova. 🙂  Stefano je već ranije sudjelovao na sajmu samoniklog bilja u Kršanu, a on i Marin Faraguna kuhali su i na Krafifestu u Kršanu. Sve im se to sviđa i jedva čekaju da ih se pozove i na druge manifestacije na kojima mogu usavršavati i pokazati  svoja kulinarska umijeća.
Ekipa Pointa jedva čeka iskušati nove delicije naših kuhara i želi im što više ovakvih i sličnih manifestacija.
