Ovo je najbolja rečenica koju sam zapamtila na jednom od brojnih stručnih usavršavanja. Ponedjeljak – najgori dan u tjednu, petak – najbolji dan u tjednu. Sve između kao da proleti u istom ritmu. I ne okrenem se, a već imam osjećaj da ode još jedna godina, a što sam radila, gdje sam bila pitaj Boga. Ili možda najbolje pitaj Facebook koji prati sve te pokrete, naravno ne samo on, nego i svi nazovi-prijatelji.
Često se pitam jesmo li postali robovi posla, pa preko tjedna samo radimo, a vikendom živimo? Naravno da živimo i u tjednu, ali kako? Rano jutarnje buđenje, obavezna kava, strka-zbrka-posao, kuhanje ručka, spremanje kuće, peglanje, spremanje večere, pripreme za posao, pokušaji odlaska na vježbanje, spavanje, tako otprilike izgledaju dani. A gdje je zabava, pitate se? Za to se čeka vikend. Hvala Bogu danas je petak, da ga nema trebalo bi ga izmisliti. Bacam torbe na pod, idem šetati, zovem prijateljice, planiram gdje izaći, što obući, kako provesti ta dva dana koja čekam još od ponedjeljka. Želim živjeti, nadoknaditi cijeli tjedan, ali ne, ne ide to tako. Vrijeme se ne može nadoknaditi. Treba živjeti svaki dan kao da je vikend, onaj socijalistički sistem 3 puta 8 oduvijek mi se sviđao: 8 sati rada, 8 sati spavanja i 8 sat odmara. To je život koji želi većina nas, ali ga treba i postići. Kažu psiholozi, nije teško, samo treba organizirati vrijeme, posložiti prioritete, svaki dan zadovoljiti svoje potrebe i eto nas sretnih.
Moj dan trebao bi trajati 48 sati i onda bi stigla sve što si zamislim. Ako ste kao i ja, nikada slobodni, uvijek u nekim poslovima, najbolje bi bilo manje si zamišljati, ne postavljati previsoke ciljeve, ne obavljati sto stvari u jednom danu, ako vam se šeta ići šetati, ako vam se odmara odmarati, ako vam se radi raditi.
Živjeti svaki dan kao da je vikend, to je rješenje i put ka sreći. Isprobajte ovu filozofiju barem na jedan tjedan, dopustite sebi da uvidite razliku i dokažite si kako je život stvarno prekratak da bismo ga živjeli samo vikendom.
